Founded in 1960, CI is an independent, non-profit organisation that supports, links and represents consumer groups and agencies worldwide and strives to promote a fairer society by defending the rights of all consumers, including poor, marginalized and disadvantaged people.
Recognising that meeting the needs of tomorrow’s consumers will depend on shifts towards more sustainable consumption patterns, CI supported the YOUTHXCHANGE project by helping to collect data and providing advice on the output.
